By accessing or using tablur.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

2. Description of Service

tablur.io is an AI-powered database schema visualization tool that:

• Parses ORM source code (Prisma, TypeORM, Django, SQLAlchemy, and more) into interactive ER diagrams.
• Provides a drag-and-drop visual editor for database schemas.
• Offers AI-assisted schema modification via natural language commands.
• Generates SQL DDL for PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, and MSSQL.
• Is available as a web application and a VS Code extension.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content & Data

You retain full ownership of any schema files, code, or data you upload to tablur.io ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your schemas or database designs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

Local processing: Schemas processed via the VS Code extension run entirely on your local machine and are not transmitted to our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl, or mine data from the Service without permission.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by tablur.io and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Open-source components used in the Service are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Free & Paid Plans

tablur.io offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
• The free tier may have usage limitations as described on our pricing page.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects will be corrected.

You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tablur.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
