Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us. This may include:

Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics about feature usage, page views, and interactions to improve the product.
Communications: Messages you send via our contact form or support channels.

2. Your Source Code & Schema Data

We do not store your source code or schema data on our servers.

When you paste or upload ORM source code, database schemas, or any other code into tablur.io, it is processed entirely in your browser (on the web app) or on your local machine (via the VS Code extension). Your source code is never transmitted to, stored on, or backed up in our cloud infrastructure.

All parsing, diagram rendering, and AI-assisted modifications happen client-side. We have zero access to your codebase, schema files, or database structures.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve tablur.io services.
• Process and render your database schemas into visual diagrams (client-side only).
• Send you product updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve features and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Account data (name, email, preferences) is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Encryption at rest for stored account data.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.

To be clear: only your account information is stored on our servers. Your source code, schemas, and database designs never leave your device.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information except in the following circumstances:

With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing.
Service providers: Trusted third-party services that help us operate (hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements.
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@tablur.io.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. See our Cookie Policy for more details.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of tablur.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
